DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

SIZE EXCHANGE
 

If you need a different size, we're happy to assist provided the desired size is available at the same price as the originally purchased product. We'll arrange to collect the item from you and deliver the new size at no additional cost. Please note, exchanges are limited to one per purchase.

RETURNING INCORRECT OR MISDESCRIBED ITEMS


In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product, or if the item doesn't match its description on our website, please let us know. We'll promptly collect the item at no expense to you. Once we've verified the issue, you have the option to receive the correct item (if available) as soon as possible or receive a refund credited to your account within 7 days.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
 

We take pride in delivering high-quality, defect-free products. If you believe you've received a defective item, here's what you need to know:
 

A defect refers to any material imperfection in the manufacture or any characteristic that makes the product less acceptable than reasonably expected.
 

However, the following scenarios do not constitute defects:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to negligence, misuse, or improper handling

  • Lack of adequate care for the product

  • Unauthorized alterations

  • Situations where the product specifications, accurately described on our website and generally suitable for its intended purpose, do not meet your personal preferences.

 

CHARGES
 

When returning a defective product, please ensure all originally sold accessories are included. Failure to return all accessories may result in a refusal of the return or a deduction from your refund equivalent to the value of the missing items.
